Products used less than 25% may be returned within 30 days to the [sol-is] body care facility. Please have your order number or invoice receipt. We accept returns on items purchased by phone or through our web store. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. If you receive an incorrect product, we will send out the correct product and arrange for the return of the incorrect product.
