Shipping - The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Shipping times in the U.S. vary between 2-6 business days, depending on location and postal holidays. You will be issued a tracking number once your order ships.
Our standard shipping is via FedEx Flat Rate Home Delivery. The cost of shipping & handling is $5 flat rate on all orders. AK / HI / PR will be shipped at a cost of $10 flat rate. Please be sure to provide a Physical Mailing Address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS for $5.
Orders shall be considered delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address you submitted during the checkout procedure. bluerub, [sol-is] body care, LLC is not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. bluerub, [sol-is] body care, LLC is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address. We do NOT ship to PO Box addresses.
International Orders - I'm sorry but at this time we are not offering our products outside of the U.S. The only exception to this policy is U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. We do not accept international bank wires. If our policy changes, we will notify our customers.

No Hassle Returns - We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for all items purchased, including sale items. Products used less than 25% may be returned within 30 days to the [sol-is] body care facility. Please have your order number or invoice receipt. We accept returns on items purchased by phone or through our web store. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. If you receive an incorrect product, we will send out the correct product and arrange for the return of the incorrect product. Please email customer service in the event you receive damaged or incorrect products. Please contact support@solisbodycare.com to request a return, exchange or refund. Our support staff will respond within 48 business hours and give you additional information regarding your request.
Returns – Contact Customer Support prior to returning the product. Products used less than 25% may be returned within 30 days to bluerub with your order number or invoice receipt.
Canceling or Modifying Your Order - Most orders you place on bluerub website enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. If you need to adjust an order that was recently placed, but not shipped, please contact customer service through the contact link at the top of the page as quickly as possible.
